if you don’t know I highly recommend you checking it out but if you’re here for the intention & making your life better life (and you trust me, which you should of this one) then this is for.
Each month we write 3 intentions to complete everyday e.g meditate everyday or sugar free month or text a loved one everyday - it’s up to you!
The each day you cross it off in the boxes, I’ve left some space to make notes on how you’re doing too!
This works nicely alongside ‘The Journal I Need’ so you can visually see you intentions if you print it out yourself!
