This workshop Chlo discusses her ways of embracing change, from working out what you want to forgiveness and all the shizzz in between. Get a notebook, there's thought provoking questions that are worth working through.
Learn to change habits, let go and embrace change. Relate it to any part of your life from HA recovery to disordered eating or finding acceptance in a bigger body, getting over a break up or any change you're going through!
